Cool Master     Cool master: The cool master is an Interface Adapter between Maestro and VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems. It enables the Maestro to gain full control of VRV/VRF Air Conditioning systems produced by leading manufacturers. In addition Maestro acts as a Gateway between the KNX and A/C system so all feedbacks and controls are available from KNX switches and displays as well.     Full control and monitoring of A/C The Cool Master adapter enables Bi-directional communication between the Maestro and the A/C system. This allows the Maestro to control and monitor the indoor and outdoor units, enabling set up and presentation of parameters such as: On/Off, Cool Heat, Fan, Dry mode selection, Set Temperature, Fan Speed Control, Swing Control, Filter Sign, Group Operations, and Alarms.   Plug and Play – No setup required The Cool Master is a plug and play unit. There is no set up required, just connect it directly to the A/C system bus and the Maestro and you are ready to control the A/C system.   Reliable and cost effective Since Cool Master connects directly to the A/C communication bus and directly to Maestro's RS232 port, only one Cool Master unit is required to connect all of the A/C units on the system to the Maestro. There is no need for additional devices such as an A/C central controller, A/C IP gateway, or LAN, thereby reducing costs, complexity, and setup time and increasing reliability.   KNX to A/C gateway Maestro acts as a gateway between all systems connected to it, thereby enabling the control and monitoring of the A/C system from other devices connected to the Maestro such as KNX buttons and displays.
